Service Shop
The multi-branch, multi-zone Service Module tracks individual products brought
in for repair, whether they were purchased at your store or purchased elsewhere,
creating a work order for each product brought in. The Service Module is fully
integrated with customer purchase history to monitor warranty periods, with
billings completed through Point of Sale.
Labor and products used during service are recorded on the work order for
subsequent conversion to a sale through Point
of Sale. The work order also
allows assignment of job priority, due date, status, zone, and technician.
Additionally, work orders keep track of estimates, billable and non-billable
charges, and allow the technician to record notes for the customer.
